This is super easy and you can challenge yourself to intensify this based on your fitness level.
Round One
1 min High Knees
1 min Squats
1 min Jumping Jacks
1 min Push-Ups
60 Sec Break
Round Two
30 sec High Knees
30 sec Squats with weights
30 sec Jumping Jacks
30 sec Push-Ups
