Day 1 - #FlabToFab Michael J and Jatana Jackson, Workout to Win in 2018

Exercise is this former Mrs. Virginia's life as you'll see.  

Jatana is creating daily 7 minute routines to help get us out of bed, off the couch and working towards better health in 2018. Check with your doctor before starting any exercise and go at your own pace but let's get you up and at 'em with us ASAP!

I can tell you just from working out on DAY #1 today, I'm already feeling it.  Who's with us?

Here’s the routine for Day #1

This is super easy and you can challenge yourself to intensify this based on your fitness level.

Round One

1 min High Knees 

1 min Squats 

1 min Jumping Jacks 

1 min Push-Ups 

60 Sec Break  

Round Two

30 sec  High Knees 

30 sec Squats with weights

30 sec  Jumping Jacks 

30 sec   Push-Ups
