NC Beach Allows Visitors To Show Their Buttocks

A North Carolina beach has amended their town’s public nudity ordinance to remove the word "buttocks." Which means now visitors to the beach are free to let their butts out! A resident contacted the town expressing concerns over lifeguard beach attire that exposed the buttocks. Carolina Beach’s public nudity ordinance states that “it is unlawful for any person to appear on any public beach, any public street or any public park in a state of dress or undress so as to expose to the view of others the human male or female pubic area, public hair, anus, vulva or buttocks with less than a fully opaque covering.” Before the vote to strike "buttocks," the ordinance did not line up with North Carolina's current law, which verifies that it is legal to expose the buttocks on the beach. So, if you hit this beach anytime soon, you might get an eyeful! Watch to get the full story.
