The judge over the Depp and Heard trial said that Amber Heard can appeal the verdict, but it will cost a lot of money to do so.
She will need to pay the full of the money she owes to Johnny for the judgment plus an additional 6% penalty.
Amber's rep said, "As stated in yesterday's congressional hearings, you don't ask for a pardon if you are innocent. And, you don't decline to appeal if you know you are right."
